
Michael J. Bradford was born in Chattanooga, Tennessee in 1977. He graduated from Clemson University in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. He received his J.D. with honors from The University of Tennessee College of Law in 2003.
Upon completing his undergraduate degree, Michael was a co-op engineer for the Cryovac Division of Sealed Air Corp., working on packaging machinery design.
Michael has worked at the firm as a law clerk and patent agent since 2001 and became an associate in 2003. His practice includes patent and trademark litigation, trademark application preparation and prosecution, and patent application preparation and prosecution in the mechanical practice area. Michael is a member of the state bar of Tennessee and is admitted to practice in several federal district courts. He is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, and is a member of the American Intellectual Property Law Association, the Knoxville Bar Association, and the Tennessee Bar Association.
